Data Deletion Request – TaskMigo

1. Introduction

In accordance with Mexican law, including the Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares, TaskMigo provides users with the ability to request deletion of their personal data. This page explains how you can submit a request and what to expect.


2. Who Can Submit a Request

  • Any user with an account on the Platform
  • Legal guardians or representatives acting on behalf of a minor or dependent, with proper documentation

3. How to Submit a Request

You may submit a Data Deletion Request through:

  • The online form available on this page
  • The support email listed in our Contact section

When submitting a request, please include:

  • Your full name and email address associated with your TaskMigo account
  • A clear statement that you wish to exercise your Cancellation right (Derecho de Cancelación) under Mexican law
  • Any supporting documentation if acting on behalf of another person

TaskMigo may request additional information to verify your identity before processing the request.


4. Processing Timeline

Requests will be responded to within 20 business days.

Where applicable, deletion will be carried out within the timeframes established by Mexican law.

You will receive confirmation once your request has been processed.


5. Scope of Deletion

Upon approval, TaskMigo will delete, anonymize, or block your personal data, as applicable, except where retention is required by:

  • Legal obligations (e.g., tax or consumer protection laws)
  • Contractual obligations still in effect
  • Security or fraud prevention requirements

Certain data may be retained in a limited and blocked form where required by applicable law.


6. Revocation of Consent

You may also revoke your consent for the processing of personal data at any time, subject to legal or contractual restrictions, by submitting a request through this page or contacting support.
